Polyethylene Bitumen Tape T600
Polyethylene Bitumen anti-corrosion tape is made of polyethylene base film, hot compound on a layer of butyl rubber as the main adhesive layer, a total of extrusion into the tape anti-corrosion material.
It has the characteristics of absolute good, excellent anti-corrosion effect, high mechanical strength, collision resistance, aging resistance, small water absorption, convenient construction, safety and health, wide range of applications, long service life, etc.
It can be widely used in petroleum, natural gas, chemical industry, urban construction of water supply and drainage and oil and gas, gas transmission steel pipelines and steel buried storage tanks of external corrosion and engineering.
XUNDA T600 ——Bitumen Coating System
System Description
The XUNDA T600 is a cold applied coating system designed for the corrosion protection water, oil gas underground or aboveground pipelines ,electrolysis on below grade metal substrate and waterproofing for the basement, roof ,bridge etc. The T600 consists of a polyethylene backing laminated with butyl rubber modified asphalt.
XUNDA liquid adhesive can be used as primers for this system. It provides a strong cohesive bond to the primed steel surface.
The system can be applied by hand or with a wrapping machine.

Adhesive layer: Butyl rubber Bituminous Compound and Adhesion Promoting Resins
Backing :Special blend of stabilized polyolefines
Interleaf:Antiadhesive Film Treated with Silicone

l Good conformability and consistent uniform thickness.
l Waterproof for the basement, bridges ,roof etc.
l Compatible with substrate of steel, ductile iron, FBE,PE, Plastic Pipe.
l Meets ASTM D 1000 、EN 12068 and other international standard.
