Polyethylene Bitumen Tape T600
Polyethylene Bitumen anti-corrosion tape is made of polyethylene base film, hot compound on a layer of butyl rubber as the main adhesive layer, a total of extrusion into the tape anti-corrosion material. It has the characteristics of absolute good, excellent anti-corrosion effect, high mechanical strength, collision resistance, aging resistance, small water absorption, convenient construction, safety and health, wide range of applications, long service life, etc.
Because of its patching, anti-corrosion and protection as one also called polyethylene anti-corrosion tape, this tape is my company in the traditional polyethylene anti-corrosion tape based on their own research a new anti-corrosion cold-wrap tape masterpiece. I Description
The T600 series is Cold applied tape coating system for corrosion protection of Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, Waste Water underground or overhead pipelines and waterproofing.
The Bitumen tape shall be applied after the primer by hand or with a wrapping machine

The specification of the tape consists of three layers,
Backing:Special blend of stabilized polyolefines
Adhesive:Butyl rubber Bituminous Compound and Adhesion Promoting Resins
Interleaf:Antiadhesive Film Treated with Silicone
