XUNDA pipeline anticorrosion material selection of high-quality anticorrosion raw materials, through the butyl rubber as the main component of the rubber layer thermal composite to the polyethylene substrate layer of the roll of anticorrosion materials. The butyl rubber ensures the adhesion, water absorption and sealing of the product, while the base material layer effectively ensures the water permeability, heat aging resistance, tensile strength and impact resistance of the tape.

System Description
The Xunda joint tape T-300 is cold applied coating system designed for the corrosion protection of oil , gas ,water new pipelines and existing pipeline rehabilitation and field joints, fittings, and specialty piping. It is suitable to protect longitudinal and spiral weld pipe welds. It consists of two layers, the butyl rubber adhesive laminated on the polyethylene film backing.
Xunda liquid adhesive can be used as primer for this system. The system can be applied by hand or with a wrapping machine.
