  The Viscoelastic Pipe Coating system is designed for corrosion protection of onshore and offshore pipeline、 flanges、valves etc, it consists of visco-elastic tape, visco-elastic paste and outerwrap.

Product Features

1.Viscoelastic tape is a kind of non-curing viscoelastic polymer, with unique cold flow characteristics, so it can achieve self-healing function in the process of anti-corrosion and repair, to achieve complete protection.

2.Viscoelastic Tape has good sealing, can block water and oxygen, can prevent water intrusion, prevent microbial corrosion, has good chemical resistance, so it has a unique long-term performance.

3.The construction of Viscoelastic tape is relatively simple, and the requirements for surface treatment are not high, which can be met by manual rust removal to St2 level, so that the on-site construction quality is easy to control and is less affected by the environment and personnel technical level.
