PE Film Double adhesive tape for pipe protection
We have XUNDA T100/200 (Pipeline Anticorrosion Tape and Pipe Corrosion Protection Tape), which is relatively popular in the international market, as well as double-sided tape(3-ply Adhesive Wrapping Tape) of the same type as DENSO, such as Viscoelastic Tape similar to STOPAQ, and Waterproof Aluminum Foil Tape. You can find all the pipeline anticorrosion products you need from our factory.
Adhesive tape is a kind of tape anticorrosion material formed by extruding polyethylene base membrane and one butyl rubber adhesive layer that is covered thermally on the former.
So it possesses good insulation, excellent anticorrosive effect, high mechanical strength, collision resistance, aging resistance, small water absorption, convenient construction, safety& health, wide application and long lifetime etc.
The 3 ply inner tape double sided adhesive is co-extruded polyethylene tape suitable for cold application or extruded hot calendered polyethylene tape suitable for cold application.It have the butyl rubber adhesive on both the sideds(3 ply tape).
A non-sticking separatoe strip (release film )is be provided in the rolls to eliminate sticking of adheisves when the tape is in roll form.
XUNDA T400&T200——3-ply Coating System
System Description
The Xunda T400 and T200 is a multilayer coating system designed for the corrosion protection and mechanical protection of pipelines. The T400 consists of three layers, the butyl rubber adhesive laminated on both side of the polyethylene film backing. The T400 can be used as inner tape, T200 can be used as outer tape.
Xunda liquid adhesive can be used as primer for this system. The three ply coating system produce a strong cohesive bond to the primed steel surface, at the spiral overlap and to the mechanical outer tape.
The system can be applied by hand or with a wrapping machine.
